Must say I'm looking forward to seeing Blair at Scone. Hopefully he might join the boys on stage for Skye and Lewis Love. Now that would be something :)

I agree John. I think this is the act I'm most looking forward to (other than Runrig!).

Yes, should be a cracker! He was on great form in NY so I am sure he will be the same at Scone. Good to see he is having a few warm up gigs during July. I am hoping to get along to at least one of them (she who must be obeyed permitting!!).

I hope they leave him out for Skye... Think they murdered that track with him in Tonder. Blair on for Clash of the Ash would be good though :D

I totally disagree with you on this one. I think it is an outstanding performance. He came on and did Skye with them in New York and it was one of my all time 'special' moments at a Runrig concert - and there have been plenty!

However, each to their own. It would be a boring world, etc, etc.

I'm so looking forward to seeing/hearing Blair .
I must disagree with you too rooster . I thought it was like jewelling banjoes but substituted for guitar and accordian . It was like who can play the fastest between Blair and malky and it was Brill .

for the support bands i think blair stole the show. there,s no one who plays the box like him. had he played guitar or other mabee more conventional instruments he,d be as big as macartney of marvin. there,s been loads of box players play kate martins waltz and very well but there,s something special and individual about his playing. mbe should be due for what he,s done for music in the highlands. the mans class
